Capacity for moulding on 5 injection moulding machines with a range from 50 tonne to 250 tonne clamp force. These are supported by both pick and place and cartesian robots as well as raw material processing equipment.
We have experience in processing the more common polymers – polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA), nylon – and more.
Our tool room can store moulding tools in a secure environment until required.
We can also provide tool servicing & tool cleaning to minimise flash & other moulding defects.
State-of-the-art laser machinery can cut polymer or etch markings, such as sequential numbering, onto your items.
Our laser is also suitable for engraving stainless steel products.
Investment in CNC machinery allows us to service & develop tools in-house. This allows us to reduce project lead-times and provide bespoke solutions for our customers.

Plastics Warehouse (trading under the company name Detectamet Ltd) is an ISO accredited injection moulding and plastics manufacturing facility. Our team of skilled on-site engineers have over 40 years of tier 1 automation experience between them.
As part of our manufacturing operations, our engineers oversee continuous improvements and process engineering to optimize efficiency and safeguard product quality. We also have an on-site account management team to ensure you're kept up to date throughout every phase of your project.
